Ventilation
We design, supply and commission all types of ventilation systems for domestic and industrial properties. All of our works comply with the DW172 specification, set out by a nationally approved body.
We undertake projects of all sizes throughout Scotland, with our bespoke in-house manufacture service. This ensures that all of our components are guaranteed to be made to the correct specification; we exert direct control over all aspects of the manufacture and design process. We strive to offer a fast response to our client’s requirements.
Duct Work
All of the ductwork ventilation and installation JLC Maintenance carries out is bespoke and manufactured to the exact specifications required. We use the latest machinery to aid in the production of quality ductwork components. Our state-of-the-art technology is accurate and precise, allowing us to carry out ductwork in a non-disruptive and time-conscious manner.
All fans and ductwork fitted will comply with DW144 for ductwork ventilation systems. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction, and we’ll go above and beyond to ensure complete legal compliance
Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel is a versatile solution, as well as being sleek and modern, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. We have the manufacturing capabilities to produce high-quality vents, grilles, louvres, ducts and more.
Whether you’re seeking a rectangular, spirally-wound or fully-welded format, our use of stainless steel ensures all of the fabrications we produce are of an exceptional standard. All of our products are manufactured in commercial standard 304L or 316L grade stainless steel – available in a variety of rectangular, spirally-wound and fully-welded formats.
Air conditioning
We offer a wide variety of air-conditioning systems to suit your business, most particularly ‘split system air conditioning’. Split system air conditioning provides an efficient and effective way of heating and cooling commercial or industrial properties, and with over 25 years experience, JLC Maintenance is the natural choice of installer for many companies.
With full in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we can offer a bespoke service to cover all aspects of your air conditioning requirements by tailoring the installation around client specifications.
Fans and Filtration
We are able to offer a complete range of high quality fan and filtration systems for industrial and commercial clients alike. We collaborate with leading manufacturers such as Systemair to provide ventilation fans of every type. Think plate-mounted axial fans, bifurcated fans, curved centrifugal fans, mixed flow fans, extract fans and more.
All of our filtration units feature aluminium frame profiles, stainless steel outer panels and galvanised steel inners. Our filtration units are capable of removing solid particles (including smoke) prior to the air passing through a built-in deodorising unit for smell. Choose a unit with or without extractor fans.
Kitchens canopies
JLC Maintenance are market leaders in the manufacture and installation of commercial and industrial kitchen canopies. With our extensive range of kitchen canopies, ventilation hoods and ventilated ceilings, we can guarantee that we have the right kitchen ventilation system for you.
From custom to singular, stand-alone feature canopies and large extraction units for commercial kitchens, we can handle it all. The ventilation canopies we provide range from extract-only all the way to extract, supply and induction air.
